Community Commitment

About Us

We provide specialized rehabilitative services to our patients in the communities we serve. We often see patients who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Support Groups – Canceled Until Further Notice

We have partnered with the National Amputee Alliance to offer support groups for amputees and their caregivers.
In addition to our outpatient services, we offer support groups for patients and caregivers to expand treatment and to allow those with common challenges to share experiences, explore resources, encourage one another, and to help teach each other how to best navigate their circumstances.

Our support groups include:

Stroke Support Group – Last Tuesday of every month, 5:15 pm-6:30 pm
